We produce millions of sausages every week in our EC Approved, purpose built factory in Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland.

Although we produce vast quantities of sausages, we operate a small batch policy and have kept our 100 year traditional recipe throughout the batch process. This quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail have been rewarded, as we are now a brand leader and a firm favourite with some of Britain's most famous Fish & Chip shops.

Our 'Premium', and the 6oz foot-long 'Bigfoot' sausages, have 70% Pork meat content, they have a meaty bite, clean flavour with just a hint of spice. Our 'Gold' blend has 42% meat content.
